If you purchase your ReadyNAS system with hard disks pre-installed, and you experience a ReadyNAS hard disk failure during the warranty period, you can submit an online return merchandise authorization (RMA) request for a replacement hard disk.
You might be eligible for a replacement if you encounter a hard disk error on your ReadyNAS system, or if you receive a Status page notification or email message about a hard disk failure. For more information about ReadyNAS hard disk errors, see ReadyNAS OS 6: Disk Failure Alerting.
