This release adds the following new features:

• New Content Filtering Insight Premium and Pro subscription service for Orbi Pro SRR60 and Orbi Pro WiFi 6 SXR80 device families on the Insight Cloud Portal offers safe and secure browsing when the device is connected to Insight.
• Supports the Dynamic VLAN feature under the SSID configuration for WAC and WAX series access points.
• Basic paid subscription is converted to a Premium subscription with this release based on previous announcement of end-of-life for Basic subscriptions.
• Supports China region for WAX610.

Enhancements

This firmware implements the following enhancements:

• Enhances the Organization > Location view to show all locations properly when there are a large number of locations.

Bug Fixes

This release fixes the following bugs:

• Fixes the issue where a user with the Insight Pro manager role and both read and write access is not able to create a VLAN under Network using the Insight app for iOS.
• Fixes the issue where the WAC and WAX access points intermittently disconnect from Insight.
• Fixes the issue where the Orbi Pro WiFi 6 SXR80 device fails to reconnect to Insight after a firmware upgrade.
• Various performance enhancements.
• Other bug fixes.

Known Issues

This release contains the following known behaviors:

• Wireless connected clients count does not display under the Orbi Pro satellite details on the Location > Topology page.
• Orbi Pro satellites do not display in SSID view on the Location > Topology page.
• PoE source does not display for WAC510/WAC505 models on the Location > Topology page.
• WAC510 AP does not display behind the switch device when connected to the switch port in the Location > Topology page.
• The link speed does not display between the wireless clients and Access points / Orbi Pro devices in the Location > Topology page.
• The link speed and usage does not display between the BR500 router and switch device in the Location > Topology page.
• “Management mode changed to Standalone” push notifications are received intermittently for all the Insight managed access points when resetting the device from the Insight app or Insight Cloud portal.
• Instant Captive Portal feature does not work for clients connected to an OWE (Opportunistic Wireless Encryption) SSID on a newly on-boarded access point. Workaround: Reapply captive portal configuration from Insight.
• Unable to log in using the Insight app when the mobile device is connected to the Orbi Pro device in Day 0 mode, and the firmware version on the Orbi Pro device is V2.5.2.104 or less. Workaround: Update the Orbi Pro device to the latest firmware.
• Revoking the auto-reclaim feature after a factory reset is not supported for these switch models yet: GC110, GC110P, GC510P/PP, GC728X/XP, and GC752X/XP.
• Instant Captive Portal redirection fails when the SSID name includes the # special character. Workaround: Rename the SSID so it does not contain the # character.
• Instant Captive Portal redirection displays an error message when the fifth SSID is configured with the Instant captive portal for the WAC510/505/540/564 access point before updating to latest firmware V9.0.0.21 or above. Workaround: Edit the fifth SSID without modifying any parameters and save the configuration.
• When you try to edit the SSID of an Instant Captive Portal and there is an associated client, the Insight Cloud Portal displays this error message: “Fail to upload display ad.” Workaround: Edit the SSID when there are no clients connected to the guest WiFi.

• The IPSec tunnel name is not shown in the Tunnel Up or Tunnel Down notifications.
• The IP address for a connected neighbor device is not shown properly for these switch models: GC110, GC110P, GC510P/PP, GC728X/XP, and GC752X/XP.
• The Insight Cloud Portal does not refresh when the IPSec policy name is edited, so stale entries such as “Deleting policy” and “Creating policy” remain visible for 5 to 8 seconds. Workaround: Refresh the web browser window.
• Incorrect error messages display in the Insight Cloud Portal when you try to add a new IPSec policy when the maximum number of policies were configured previously through the local browser UI.
