- Device auto-reclaim removal after factory reset is not supported for these switch models yet: GC110, GC110P, GC510P/PP, GC728X/XP, and GC752X/XP.
- Instant Captive Portal redirection fails when SSID name includes the # special character. Workaround: Rename the SSID so it does not include the # character.
- When the Instant Captive Portal SSID is edited after connecting a client, the Insight Cloud Portal throws an error message: “Fail to upload display ad”. Workaround: Edit the SSID during hours in which guests are not ordinarily connected to your guest WiFi.
- Issue configuring Facebook Wi-Fi for non-management VLANs.
- Orbi Pro Satellites page does not refresh properly after adding or removing a satellite.
Workaround: Go back to the Devices list, then return to the Satellites page to see the correct status.
- PoE power consumption shows higher values for the GS smart switches.
- IPSec tunnel name is not shown in Tunnel Up or Tunnel Down notifications.
- PoE port connect status does not show properly for the GS smart switches.
- Connected neighbor device IP address is not shown properly for these switch models: GC110, GC110P, GC510P/PP, GC728X/XP, and GC752X/XP.
- Insight Cloud Portal does not refresh when the IPSec policy name is edited, so stale entries such as “Deleting policy” and “Creating policy” remain visible for 5 to 8 seconds. Workaround: Refresh your browser window.
- Incorrect error message shows in the Insight Cloud Portal when trying to add a new IPSec policy when the maximum number of policies were already configured through the local browser UI.
- Default Power Limit Type “Detected Class” is not pushed to these switch models: GC110/P, GC510P/PP, GC728X/XP, GC752X/XP, GS724TPv2 / GS724TPP, GC108P/PP, GS108Tv3, GS110TPv3, GS110TPP, GS752TPP, GS752TPv2, GS728TPv2 and GS728TPPv2.
