NETGEAR Smart Parental Controls (SPC) is different from Apple Screen Time and Google Family Link because SPC enables you to monitor your children's Internet activity across multiple devices, all from a single app. With Apple Screen Time and Google Family Link, you can only monitor Apple or Google devices. SPC enables you to monitor and manage Internet activity on gaming consoles, smartphones, tablets, and streaming devices (Roku, Apple TV).
SPC is also part of the Orbi or Nighthawk app, which means that you don't need to download a separate app to use features like custom off times (no Internet activity) and pausing the Internet on multiple devices. With SPC Premium, you can control when your kids access the Internet and what devices they use to access the Internet even when they are away from home.
