NETGEAR Smart Parental Controls (SPC) lets you monitor your children's online activity. You can restrict access to adult content and harmful websites. With SPC Premium, you can set Internet access schedules and time limits, and send your children screen time rewards for good behavior.
Install SPC and create a profile to start your 30-day free trial.
To start your 30-day free trial of NETGEAR Smart Parental Controls:
- Launch the Nighthawk or Orbi app.
- Tap the Parental Controls tile.
- Tap Add New Profile > Set Up.
We recommend setting up a profile for each child whose Internet activity you are monitoring. - Enter a name for the profile that you are setting up.
- Tap CONTINUE.
A list of devices that are connected to your router displays. This list displays both online and offline devices. - Select the devices that your child can use to access the Internet.
For example, if you want your child to only be able to access the Internet on your iPad, select your iPad from the list. - Tap Save.
A confirmation message displays. - Select a content filter for your child.
- Tap CONTINUE.
Your new profile and 30-day free trial are active. - (Optional) Set up a Bedtime, Time Limit, or Off Time.
