NETGEAR Smart Parental Controls (SPC) Premium gives you access to exciting features like the My Time app, scheduled off times (no Internet access), and content filtering. For more information, see What are the features of NETGEAR Smart Parental Controls and Smart Controls Premium?.
You can start a SPC Premium subscription by tapping the Parental Controls tile in the Nighthawk or Orbi app.
If the Parental Controls tile doesn't appear, you might need to update your router's firmware to the latest version.
To start a subscription for SPC Premium:
- Launch the Nighthawk or Orbi app.
- Tap the Parental Controls tile.
The SPC dashboard displays. - Tap the "Your trial is expiring" banner at the top of your screen.
- Tap See Pricing.
- Choose a subscription plan.

- Fill in the required payment information.
- Tap Place Your Order.
Your SPC Premium subscription is active.
