NETGEAR Smart Parental Controls (SPC) lets you to monitor your children's online activity. You can restrict access to adult content and harmful websites. You can also create different profiles with customized access rules for each child in your family. With SPC Premium, you can set Internet access schedules and time limits, and send your children screen time rewards for good behavior.

Setting up NETGEAR SPC for the first time activates your 30-day free trial. SPC Premium features are available during your trial. For information about starting a paid subscription of SPC, see How do I start a subscription for Smart Parental Controls Premium?.
To set up and install NETGEAR Smart Parental Controls:
1. Launch the Orbi app or Nighthawk app.
2. Tap the Parental Controls tile.
3. Tap Add New Profile > Set Up.
We recommend setting up a profile for each child whose Internet activity you are monitoring.
4. Enter a name for the profile you are setting up.
5. (Optional) Select a profile you are setting up.
6. Tap Continue.
A list of devices that are connected to your Orbi router displays. This list displays both online and offline devices.
7. Select the devices that your child can use to access the Internet.
For example, if you want your child to only be able to access the Internet on your iPad, select your iPad from the list.
8. Tap Continue.
A confirmation message displays.
9. Tap START 30 DAY FREE TRIAL.
Your new profile and 30-day free trial are active.
