Insight Instant VPN is free for one user.

For multi-user subscriptions, you can buy one-year, three-year, or five-year Insight Instant VPN subscription plans directly through Insight Services in the Insight Cloud Portal or mobile app. With the VPN license, each VPN group supports three routers. Each router supports ten users.

Remote VPN is available with Windows clients only.

If you are an Insight Pro customer, you must contact your value-added reseller or distributor to purchase an Insight VPN plan.

To buy your Instant Insight VPN subscription plan:

  1. Access the Insight Cloud Portal or mobile app.
  2. Open the Insight Services marketplace:
    • In the Cloud Portal, at the top, click Insight Services.
    • In the Insight app, in the top left, tap the Menu icon. Then tap Insight Services.
  3. Click or tap View Products under VPN Products .

    A list of VPN licenses displays. Each VPN license supports up to three BR500 routers within a single VPN group.

  4. Under the plan that you are purchasing, select the number of licenses and click or tap the Buy Now button.

  5. Click or tap the Checkout button.
  6. Provide your payment information and click or tap the Next button.
  7. Review your order and click or tap the Place new order button.

    When your order is complete, a confirmation email message is sent.
