Before you can create and invite users to your VPN group, you first need to purchase a virtual private network (VPN) license. To invite a new user to your VPN group in the Insight Cloud Portal:

  1. Access the Insight Cloud Portal.
  2. If you are an Insight Pro user with access to more than one organization, select your organization.
  3. Select your location.
  4. Select Routers.
  5. At the top right of the page, click the Settings button.
  6. Select VPN Users.
  7. On the right, click + (Add VPN User) icon.
  8. Enter an email address and click Invite.

    An invitation is emailed. They new user must follow the instructions in the email message to gain access.

  9. To track the status of the invitation, tap Routers > Settings > VPN Users.

    The access status of each invitation is displayed next to each person's email address.
