If you’re having trouble enabling the Anywhere Access feature on your router, you might see a "There was a problem enabling Anywhere Access, please try again" error message.
With some older router firmware versions, you might experience this issue when enabling the Anywhere Access feature using the Nighthawk or Orbi app. Make sure that your router is on the latest firmware version. For more information, see the following articles:
