为便于从移动设备访问 ReadyNAS 上的 Milestone Arcus，您需要使用 Milestone Mobile 软件。针对 Android 设备，您可以从 Google Play Store 下载 Milestone Mobile。针对 iOS 设备，您可以从 App Store 下载 Milestone Mobile。 针对 Windows Mobile 设备，您可以从 Windows Phone Store 下载 Milestone Mobile。
Milestone Mobile 可在本地或远程使用。如果未启用 UPnP，在您的局域网外使用 Milestone Mobile 可能需要对您的路由器进行其他配置。

从 ReadyNAS 上的 Milestone Arcus 发送远程连接邀请
- 登录 ReadyNAS Milestone Arcus 软件。
- 单击设置 > 智能连接。
- 在提交远程连接视频管理系统的电子邮件中， 输入您要向其发送邀请的电子邮件地址。
- 这可以是您的电子邮件地址，或是您邀请访问 ReadyNAS 安装的 Milestone Arcus 的其他人的电子邮件地址。
- 选择收件人的语言。
- 单击提交。
- Smartconnect@milestonesys.com 向您请求的用户发送电子邮件，以及有关如何下载 Milestone Mobile 与将服务器添加到 Milestone Mobile 的说明。
- 如果您按照移动设备上的电子邮件中包含的步骤操作，电子邮件将帮助您自动设置 Milestone Mobile。
- 如果您按照移动设备外其他设备上的电子邮件中包含的步骤操作，网站将为您提供在移动 app 上使用的服务器 ID。
配置 Milestone Mobile 通过服务器 ID 连接到 ReadyNAS 上的 Milestone Arcus
您的移动设备安装好 Milestone Mobile 后，打开 app。Milestone Mobile 将询问您是否要添加带有 ID 的服务器或手动添加服务器。 选择添加带有 ID 的服务器。
在这里，使用网站提供的服务器 ID。完整输入服务器 ID 后，单击添加。
您在 ReadyNAS 上的 Milestone Arcus 将作为服务器添加到 Milestone Mobile。
