NETGEAR's paid user research studies typically consist of one-on-one moderated interviews; we might share new features and concepts with you to gather feedback, or ask you to complete some tasks on your computer or mobile device to help us understand if a new product or feature is easy to use.

Invitations to participate in our paid research studies are always sent from a userinterviews.com or research.netgear.com domain. If you are invited to sign up for a paid research study, we ask you for your name, phone number, and email address. If you are selected to participate, you must also sign a non-disclosure agreeement (NDA) and provide your home address.
We do not ask customers to provide personal information such as account credentials, social security numbers, or credit card numbers. Any NETGEAR research email asking you to provide such information is not authentic.
Your research study feedback is subject to our NETGEAR Privacy Policy. We do not sell customer information. We use UserInterviews.com to help schedule research sessions and provide incentives to those who complete interview sessions with a researcher. All of the feedback that you provide is secured.
