The My Time by NETGEAR app is included with a Smart Parental Controls (SPC) Premium subscription. The My Time app is a companion app to NEGEAR SPC. Install the My Time app on any mobile device (iOS, Android) that your child uses to manage your child's Internet activity.
The My Time app lets you manage your children's’ mobile devices, see how they spend time online, and keep your established Internet rules active even while they’re not using your home WiFi network and away from home
To set up and install the My Time by NETGEAR app:
1. Launch the Orbi app or Nighthawk app.
2. Tap the Device Manager tile.
A list of your SPC profiles and associated devices display.
3. Select a device to install My Time on.
4. Tap Set Up next to Install My Time.
Note: My Time is only compatible with Android, iOS, and Chromebook devices.
5. Tap Continue to send a download link to that device.
You can send the download link via email, text message, or AirDrop (iOs).
6. Tap ADD THIS DEVICE.
7. Tap Allow to let the Orbi app or Nighthawk app access pictures and record video.
A QR code scanner displays.
8. Open the My Time download link on your child's mobile device to download the My Time app.
9. Launch the My Time app.
10. Tap Get started.
The NETGEAR user agreement displays.
11. Tap Accept.
A QR code displays.
12. On your device (Orbi app or Nighthawk app installed), use the QR code scanner to scan the QR code on your child's device.
13. On your child's device, tap Install VPN.

A confirmation message displays.
14. On your child's device, tap Allow.
Your child's device is paired with your device and the My Time by NETGEAR app is active.
15. On your child's device, tap Continue > Continue > Allow.
The My Time dashboard displays.
