Bug Fixes:
- Updated AutoAPN database to 01.30
- Added CA combo: 1A2+3A2+7A2+28A2
- Reverted a change that could potentially cause the device loses data connection when temperary out of coverage
- Corrected some French translations based on BYTEL comments
- Addressed the issue that Heated Battery Alert is displayed prematurely
- Disabled WiFi and Ethernet port standby timers when the device is tethered or charged
Note: Ethernet port will not be available when the device is tethered with computer
