You must receive an email invitation to connect to a virtual private network (VPN). Make sure to accept this invitation before trying to connect.

After you receive the email invitation, you can connect to the VPN using the NETGEAR Insight VPN application.

To connect to the VPN using the Insight VPN application:

  1. On your computer, open the Insight VPN application.
  2. Log in with your NETGEAR account user name and password, or create an account if you don’t already have one.
  3. Under Group Name, click a VPN group to join.

    After you connect, a status page displays the connection duration and traffic details.

  4. After you are done with your session, click the Disconnect button.
