In ReadyNAS OS 6.9.4, we make searching for content on your local ReadyNAS, the NETGEAR Community, or the NETGEAR KB easier by adding a search box to the Admin Page toolbar.
From the ReadyNAS Admin Page, click the top-right search box with a magnifying glass.
Begin typing for a search term:
- If your search term is a file located on the ReadyNAS, click Search with File Search.
This requires that you have File Search enabled and your files indexed. If File Search is not enabled, you will be prompted to enable it. For more information on File Search, see https://kb.netgear.com/000045492/ReadyNAS-OS-6-8-File-Search - Use your search term to identify NETGEAR Knowledge base articles by clicking Search Knowledge-Base.
A new window opens when you choose this option. - Use your search term to find relevant content from the NETGEAR Community by clicking Search Community.
