You can view the duration of your NETGEAR Armor subscription plan and the next billing date from the Orbi or Nighthawk app.
To view your NETGEAR Armor subscription plan on the Orbi or Nighthawk app:
- Launch the Orbi or Nighthawk app.
- Tap the
(menu) icon on the top left of your screen. - Tap MY SUBSCRIPTIONS > Security.
The Security page displays your current Armor subscription status and expiration date.
To enable or disable subscription auto-renewal, tap the Auto renew toggle.
To view your NETGEAR Armor subscription plan on my.netgear.com:
- Visit my.netgear.com
- Enter your MyNETGEAR credentials and click NETGEAR Sign In.
The MyNETGEAR home page displays. - Click SERVICES at the top of the page.
The My Service Contracts page displays your current Armor subscription status and expiration date.
