A MyNETGEAR account is required to view and track NETGEAR Store orders, register NETGEAR products, post to the NETGEAR Community, and to receive email support and product offers. Your MyNETGEAR account is used on my.netgear.com to manage all of your NETGEAR products.
We recommend that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for your MyNETGEAR account to provide increased security. For more information, see How to set up two-factor authentication (2FA) for your MyNETGEAR account using the Orbi or Nighthawk app
If you can't log in to your MyNETGEAR account, try the following:
Check your email address and password
Make sure that you're using the email address and password that you used to set up your MyNETGEAR account. These are different from your router's admin credentials and are used across all of your NETGEAR products on NETGEAR.com.
Turn off Caps Lock
Your MyNETGEAR account password is case-sensitive, so make sure that Caps Lock is off when you type it in.
Reset your password
If you're sure that you have a MyNETGEAR account, but still can’t log in, you must reset your password. For more information, see How do I reset my MyNETGEAR account password?
Create a MyNETGEAR account
If you received an Account not found error when you tried to reset your password, you don't have a MyNETGEAR account and must create one. For more information, see How do I create a MyNETGEAR account?
