Jag hittar inte min NETGEAR-enhet i hämtningscenter.
Hämtningscenter är en ny funktion på NETGEAR:s supportwebbplats och vi kanske inte har migrerat filerna för din produkt till hämtningscenter ännu. Vi ber om ursäkt för olägenheten. Titta gärna på produktsidorna på NETGEAR:s supportwebbplats efter dokumentation, fast programvara och andra filer för din enhet.
Jag har tappat bort CD:n som medföljde NETGEAR-enheten.
På grund av storleken på CD-bilder är de inte tillgängliga för hämtning. Du behöver däremot inte någon CD för att konfigurera NETGEAR-enheten. Du kan hämta enhetens dokumentation och den senaste fasta programvaran för landet eller regionen där du bor. Följ instruktionerna i dokumentationen för hur du installerar och konfigurerar NETGEAR-produkten.

Var hittar jag modellnumret för min NETGEAR-enhet?
To find the model/version number of a device, check the bottom or back panel.
Important:
- Always include the version number (example: WGR614V9) when searching for your model.
- Only use the model number from the device itself; model numbers on retail boxes may not be device-specific.
- Units with an "SP" after the version number (example: WGR614V9SP) are specific to an Internet Service Provider. You will need to contact your ISP for technical support on "SP" models.

For standard units, the model number is located below the NETGEAR logo on the bottom of the device.

For units that stand vertically, the model number is on the back panel of the unit. In this example, the model number is on the same panel as the ports. |
