For ProSAFE Wireless Controllers, if the web interface password is forgotten, mislaid, or known to the previous IT administrator, there is no way to recover. The only option is to factory reset the device.
This means that the configuration settings would be erased. Settings would then need to be manually re-entered.
(a) Power off device.
(b) Power up, whilst holding in rear Factory reset button for 10 seconds, with a paper clip.
(c) Release the button
(d) With a PC connected to Controller, enter the default http://192.168.0.250 to access web interface.
Login would be reset back to default username, "admin " and password being "password".
