Can you recover the web interface password for a Unified Threat Management device?
If the web interface password is forgotten, mislaid, or known to the previous IT administrator, then there is no way to recover. The only option is to factory reset the UTM.
This will mean that the configuration settings on the UTM will be erased, and would need to be manually entered again.
