The GS108Tv2 is a Powered Device (PD). It is not a Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE).
In other words, the GS108Tv2 can be powered by power over ethernet (PoE), but it cannot provide PoE to other devices.
Note that as well as being powered by PoE, the GS108Tv2 can also be powered using the included AC power adapter.
