You can reset your 4G LTE Modem to factory default settings using the Reset button on the back of the modem. You can also use the web modem interface.

Use the following steps to reset your 4G LTE Modem using the Reset button or web modem interface.

To reset your 4G LTE Modem to factory default settings using the Reset button:

  1. Locate the recessed Reset button on the back of your modem.
  2. Insert a straightened paper clip into the hole and press for at least five seconds.
  3. Release the button.
    The modem resets and reboots. This process takes up to one minute.

    To reset your 4G LTE Modem to factory default settings using the web modem interface:
  1. Launch a web browser from a computer that is connected to the modem.
    Note: The computer can be directly connected to the modem or connected to a router that is connected to the modem.
  2. Visit http://192.168.5.1.
  3. In the Sign In field, enter the modem password.
    The default password is password.
  4. Click Sign In.
  5. Select Settings > General > Software and Reset.
  6. In the Factory Reset section, click Reset.
    The modem is reset to factory default settings. Your modem reboots.
