- Login to the device.
- Enable remote management under Administration > Remote Management.
Change "Allow Secure HTTP Management" to Yes.Leave "Everyone (Be sure to change default password)" selected, although you can restrict by a single or range of IP addresses.It is also recommended to use a port other than 443, as that is primarily used for SSL.
- Create a WAN administrator account under Users > Users by clicking the "Add" button.
Enter a "User Name".Select "Administrator" as "User Type".Enter a "Password" and click "Apply".
- After this is done, click on the Policies button for that user.
Uncheck Deny Login from WAN Interface, and click "Apply".Also in the policies section, you can filter by Source IP Address and Browser.
- Now from the WAN, you should be able to access the device at its https://wanIPAddress:Port# and login using the new username and password.
