You can use the mobile ReadyCLOUD app to download a file from the ReadyNAS to view on your iPhone or Android device.
You can also choose to share the file.

To download a file from the ReadyNAS to a mobile device:
- Download and install the ReadyCLOUD mobile app for your phone.
- Launch the app and log in with your MyNETGEAR username and password.
- Tap the ReadyNAS device from which you would like to download the file.
The app lists the folders available for that ReadyNAS. - Tap the the appropriate folders to navigate to your file.
- When you reach the folder that contains your file, the app will display file details, such as name, file size, and file type.
- Tap the three circles at the right of the desired file name.
A pop-up menu displays with the options to Open or Share.
- Open. The file displays on your phone screen.
- Share. A menu displays with various sharing options, such as attaching the file to an email or text message message, posting to social media, etc.
