NETGEAR has learned of a system vulnerability in our ReadyNAS Surveillance Application that could provide root access to anonymous users. A new release of ReadyNAS Surveillance removes this vulnerability. To install or upgrade to this new release, download Surveillance from ReadyNAS Available Apps or the apps.readynas.com website for manual downloads. For instructions on installing the application manually, visit apps.readynas.com.
Affected Versions: 1.1.1-3_armel, 1.4.1-3_amd64 (and earlier).
New versions: 1.1.2-3_armel, 1.4.2-3_amd64
