Bug fixes:
- Fixed the problem that switch configuration can be obtained through HTTP without login to the device.
- Fixed the problem that TCP connection cannot be established when TCP header Push (PSH) flag is set (PSH bit = 1) with TCP SYN or FIN flag is also set.
