Known issues & Bugs:
- Fixed UPnP crash issue when the router received a NOTIFY packet.
- Respond to IGD requests ONLY when UPnP is enabled.
- Fixed the issue causing NETGEAR desktop and mobile genie to fail to log in to the router.
- Fixed the issue causing NETGEAR desktop and mobile genie to fail to use the Traffic Meter function when the router is running in Access Point mode.
- Patch for security hole fix: html/cgi files with authentication checks.
- Fixed genie Login failure in AP mode with fixed IP address.
- Fixed these security issues: CVE-2013-3069, CVE-2013-3070 CVE-2013-3071, CVE-2013-3073.
- When changed the GUI language to Turkey, the genie Wizard still use English.
- When Router get special IP (xxx.xxx.xxx.255, netmask 255.255.253.0), the Router will ping fail to the Internet.
- The CDless Wizard still use old GUI style.
Installation Instructions:
Note: To avoid wireless disconnect issue during the firmware download process, NETGEAR recommends that firmware upgrade be performed on a computer with wired connection.
- Using the Download Link below, download and extract the new firmware to a convenient place such as your desktop.

- Log in the router using http://www.routerlogin.net.
- Click Maintenance > Router Upgrade.
- Click Browse and locate the file you just downloaded.
- Click Upload. While the firmware is loading, do not interrupt the upgrade process.
- The router reboots when the upgrade is complete.
- After the router boots up, log in the router again.
- To check that the upgrade was successful, log in to the router again at http://www.routerlogin.net and check the firmware version.
