Use Category 6 (cat-6) rated network cables (or higher) to achieve 10 Gigabit performance
ReadyNAS 4220S and ReadyNAS 4200 with 2x 10Gbit SFP+ (RN12Sxxxx)
These ports are SFP+ ports and do not support either SFP (Gigabit) modules or SFP direct-attach cables.
The following NETGEAR SFP+ modules are supported:
- AXM761
- AXM762
- AXM763
The following NETGEAR SFP+ direct-attach cables are supported:
- AXC761
- AXC763
- AXC753 (This is an SFP+ to XFP direct-attach cable. The SFP+ end connects in the RD5200 and the XFP end connects to an XFP port on some other device.)
ReadyNAS 4200 with 2x CX4 (RN12Sxxxx)
Use 10GBASE-CX4 cables, which are also used for InfiniBand.
