The ReadyNAS allows you to easily back up data from your system to your Dropbox account. From the local admin page, you can select a share on the ReadyNAS and sync it to a folder on your Dropbox account. For more information about Dropbox, visit https://www.dropbox.com.
To use your ReadyNAS system with Dropbox:
- Log in to your ReadyNAS Admin Page.
- Click the Cloud tab.
- Slide the Sync with Dropbox slider to ON.
The Sign in to ReadyNAS App Using your Dropbox Account screen displays. - Log in to your Dropbox account or create an Dropbox.com account.
The ReadyNAS Admin Page refreshes with a new Settings button next to the Dropbox slider. - Click Settings.
- Select one or more shares that you want to sync to your Dropbox.
- (Optional) Select a Snapshot Schedule next to each share: Never, Hourly, Daily, or Weekly.
Snapshot Schedules provide added data protection. - Click Sync.
- Your ReadyNAS system and Dropbox sync.
