To Upgrade
To reach the Upgrade menu, click Router Upgrade from the Maintenance section. To upload new firmware:
- Using the Download Link below, download and extract the new firmware to a convenient place such as your desktop.
Download Link: http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/D6300/D6300_V1.0.0.24-1.0.24.zip
- Using a web browser, "http://192.168.0.1", login to the router as admin / password.
- Under Maintenance click Router Upgrade.
- Click Browse and locate the upgrade (.chk) firmware image file you just downloaded
- Click Upload. Wait for the upgrade progress bar to complete and final prompt to appear.
