This is the firmware release note for version V2.2.5.
New Features:
- Added product registration methods.
- Added sysHardwareVersion and sysSerialNumber OIDs at the end of the basicSettings tree.
- Fix sometimes the wireless interfaces are not coming up during the board reboot causing the wireless LEDs to be in OFF state.
To Upgrade
- Visit WG103 Product page. The ZIP file is visible .
- Download the firmware image from the link below. Save and extract it to a convenient place such as your desktop.
- UnZIP. Save the 'WG102_V2.2.5_ firmware .tar' file to C:\ a chosen folder.
- Log in the WG103 access point GUI.
- Click on the Maintenance tab, and click the Upgrade option.
- Click Browse and select the *.tar firmware image file from the C: folder where you saved earlier.
- Click APPLY to start upgrading. This takes several minutes.
Note: Do NOT interrupt the upgrade process until it is done. - The access point will automatically reboot after the firmware upgrade process is complete.
- Existing configuration on AP should not be affected.
