Bug Fixes:
- Improvement in Background scan logic to avoid client connectivity disruptions
- Fix for reboot issue under excessive alarms.
- Allowed hyphen for domain and username for LDAP configuration on controller.
- Fixed for the performance issue. At high traffic, client disconnection has been observed.
- Fix for that Login time and expiry time are same for captive portal.
- Fix for L3 roaming to previous home AP does not work.
- Fix for stale client MAC entries for L3 roamed clients.
- Improved memory handling to avoid crash during extreme memory utilization.
- Fix for add captive portal account name with zero expiry time.
- RFID tab will be shown only if at least one 380 AP is managed by the controller.
Known Issues:
- L3 roaming will have impact if the Managed APs change IP address after tunnels are established.
- In a working environment with External Radius Authentication, if the Authentication server is changed from External to Internal Authentication, immediately after the change clients cold connect using the older security cache. If the client disconnect to timeout, new authentication will be done.
- After APs are removed from managed list they must be rebooted to stop broadcasting the previously configured SSIDs
Upgrade Instructions:
- Download the file below and save it to a convenient place such as your desktop.
- Log into the WC7520
- Select Maintenance > Upgrade from the main/submenu.
- In the Firmware Upgrade section, select Local File and click Browse.
- Locate the downloaded file and click Apply.
This will start the software upgrade to your WC7520. This may take some time. Do not interrupt the upgrade process.
At the conclusion of the upgrade, your WC7520 will reboot.
