Fixed Issues:
- Fixed - Unit crashes when performing Configuration Backup through NMS200.
- After running for some time, random port down, can't communicate to internet until rebooting.
- LLDP Port Id should be unique in GS748Tv4.
- VLAN setting changed after reboot when voice vlan is enabled.
Known Issues:
- Sometimes for some type of SFP, fiber connects two switches, shutdown one side, other side still links up.
- When set Minimum Bandwidth as 100 for queue 6, the queue6 stream doesn’t be sent at 100% of port rate.
- Cable test works incorrectly on some ports.
- After LAG member is deleted from LAG and is added to LAG again, port security on LAG doesn't work.
Limitations:
- Not able to change password with length less than 7 through SCC.
Installation Instructions
- Download the new firmware to a convenient place on your local system (e.g., C:\downloads\).
- Start Smart Wizard Discovery Utility, (included on the CD coming with your Smart Switch). If it is not installed, do so now, before continuing.
- In Smart Wizard Discovery window, click Discover to find your Smart Switch. The switch will be listed in the device list table once found. (Note: Smart Wizard Discovery uses broadcast packets to find Smart Switches, which means it can only find Smart Switches in the same routing domain.)
- Highlight the Smart Switch to upgrade and click Firmware Upgrade.
- Follow the screen prompts to complete the upgrade. Smart Wizard Discovery will report a successful completion at the end.
