Note:
Firmware v6.2.0.6 is NOT a production firmware image. It is ONLY to be used as an interim firmware to upgrade between firwmare version prior to v6.2.x.x and later firmware version. DO NOT used firmware v6.2.0.6 as the production firmware of the switch.
Upgrade instruction:
- Using the button below, download the firmware image file.
7MB - Start a tftp server on the PC where the image file is stored.
- On the switch console, type the following command:
# copy tftp://<tftp server IP address>/./gsm73xxs-6.2.0.6.stk system:image
The upgrade will take several minutes. Do not interrupt the upgrade process until the switch console report the upgrade has been completed.
- Reboot the switch with command "reload".
- After the switch is restarted, verify the firmware has been upgraded with command "show hardware".
- Now you may proceed to upgrade to the later firmware.
