Symptom:
When trying to upgrade firmware for GSM7328S/GSM7352S, upgrade failed with error message of CRC error.
Resolution:
- Access the switch console interface via a serial cable.

Enter the enable mode and type the command "dev osapiFsUtils".

Delete the following files if there are present in the listing:
Tempcode.bin
Temp.stk
Fastpath.stk
To delete a file, enter "2". Again the console port will not echo "2", but it will prompt with "Input filename -".
Enter one of the file names above. Again, there will be no echoing of the file name you typed, so make sure you typed it correctly. Then after a while, the menu display returned:

After all the files in step #3 are deleted, you can exit out of menu by entering "0", and it will take you back to the system prompt. And by that, the clean up process is complete, and you can retry downloading firmware to the switch.
