This article lists the M.2 SATA III drives that NETGEAR has tested and validated for use in the expansion bay of the GB406 Align Controller.
Hardware details
The GB406 Align Controller includes 64 GB of internal eMMC storage. An onboard M.2 2242 SATA Gen 3.2 expansion bay is available for adding a secondary storage drive to support expanded storage for applications and logging.
The expansion bay accepts M.2 2242 form factor drives with a SATA III interface only. NVMe drives are not supported.
Note: Only the drives listed in this article have been tested and validated by NETGEAR. Unlisted drives might work but have not been tested or validated.
