NETGEAR Pro Routers, including the PR60X and PR460X, automatically block known malicious domains using the Exium security platform. This protection helps prevent access to phishing, malware, and other harmful sites. You can view and customize these protections in the security configuration page, where Exium provides configurable threat categories and policy controls.
To configure malicious domains blocking on an Insight-managed Pro Router:
- Log in to Insight at insight.netgear.com
- Select the Organizations tab, and click the name of the organization.
- Select the Security Center tab, and click the Security Configurations button. The Exium Security page displays.
- From the left menu, click Sites > Local Policies > Malicious Ads/Domains.
- From the dropdown menu, select the serial number of the PR60X/PR460X.
- Click the Create button.
- To edit the default domain permission settings, click Enable or Disable next to each setting.
- Click the Update button.
