You can configure local web filtering policies on a NETGEAR Insight‑managed Pro Router to directly control the types of websites users can access on your network. By defining these policies at the device level, you can enforce strict browsing rules and strengthen security.
To configure local web filtering policies:
- Log in to Insight at insight.netgear.com
- Select the Organizations tab, and click the name of the organization.
- Select the Security Center tab, and click the Security Configurations button. The Exium Security page displays.
- From the left menu, click Sites > Local Policies > Web Filter.
- From the dropdown menu, select the serial number of the PR60X/PR460X.
- Click the Add Policy button.
- In the Content Type section, select Applications, Custom Domains or Block All Domains.
- From the Domain menu, select a domain, and in the Action section, select Allow or Block.
- Click the Save button.
