You can rename purchased NETGEAR eSIMs to better organize them in the NETGEAR app. You can have up to 7 NETGEAR eSIMs downloaded to your Nighthawk mobile hotspot at any given time.
To rename a NETGEAR eSIM:
- Connect to your mobile hotspot’s WiFi network with a mobile device.
- Launch the NETGEAR app and log into your NETGEAR account.
The NETGEAR app dashboard displays. - Select your mobile hotspot.
The hotspot’s dashboard displays. - Tap My SIMs.
- Tap the Settings icon to the right of an eSIM.
The eSIM Details page displays. - Tap the Edit icon at the top right.
The eSIM name is editable.
Create a name for the eSIM, then tap the enter key on your keyboard.
Your eSIM name is saved.
