To factory reset your M7 mobile hotspot:
- Connect your mobile device to your M7’s WiFi network.
- Launch the NETGEAR app and log in to your NETGEAR account.
- Select Nighthawk M7.
The Nighthawk M7 dashboard displays. - Tap the Settings icon at the bottom right.
The Settings page displays. - Select Router > Factory reset.
The Factory reset page displays. - Tap Reset.
- Tap Yes to confirm.
When you reset your mobile hotspot, any connected devices are disconnected and must reconnect after the mobile hotspot restarts. A factory reset restores the hotspot to its default settings but does not remove installed eSIMs.
Your M7 resets and returns to its factory settings.
