When an Ethernet cable encounters a problem and you run a cable test to identify the cause of the issue, it detects the issue but does not report the reason for the test failure correctly.

- Do not use the NETGEAR Switch Discovery Tool (NSDT) to discover the device as it is no longer supported from firmware version 7.0.0.12. Use NETGEAR Discovery Tool (NDT) or the latest NETGEAR Insight App to discover the switch.
