- Enhancement of the management VLAN for AP devices and the PR460X Pro Router: Ensures consistent management VLAN settings across the site.

- Added the Hybrid SMPTE AES67 and Audio AES67 edge profile: This profile lets you set up a mixed environment on the management VLAN in which the SMPTE profile with PTPv2 BC/GM (boundary clock/grandmaster clock) runs on the model M4350-16V4C or M4350-40X4C switch and an Audio AES67 profile with PTP TC (residency time stamping) runs on M4250, M4300, and M4350 series edge switches.

Bug Fixes:
- Resolves the issue where an M4500 switch is configured with Engage, IP routing function is not enabled (CE-6049)
- Resolves the issue where changing an existing profile to a Data profile does not disable IGMP Snooping. (CE-6178)
- Resolves the issue where manual trunk does not work when management is not VLAN 1. (CE-6153)
- Resolves the issue where port assignment does not work properly on manual LAGs. (CE-5924)
- Resolves the issue where incorrect VLAN participation information displays when you edit the configuration of a network profile. (CE-6179)
Known Issues:
- If your M4350-24X8F8V (XSM4340V), M4350-36X4V (XSM4340CV), or M4350-32F8V (XSM4340FV) is currently running firmware version 14.0.2.23, do not upgrade the firmware by Engage. For more details, please visit https://kb.netgear.com/000066642/M4350-Firmware-Version-14-0-4-14.
- You cannot use the $ symbol as the first character in the name or password of a site.
- M4500 models do not support NTP/SNTP.
- M4500 MLAG peers created outside Engage do not appear on the Managed Devices list as MLAG devices.
- During the initial onboarding of an access point (AP), the process may take up to 20 minutes. This duration includes the time required for the firmware upgrade and the configuration of region-specific settings. Additionally, the system may need to reboot to complete the setup.
- The management VLAN cannot be changed on M4500 models using Engage.
Workaround: Use CLI commands to update PVID on M4500 models. - The auto-stacking function on the M4300 and M4350 switches does not support the M4300-96X model.
Workaround: Use CLI commands if an M4300-96X model must be a member of a stack. - You cannot display the EEPROM information for certain fiber modules.
Workaround: Use the switch CLI to display the EEPROM information. - Connection requests might be refused during the onboarding process of an M4500 switch.Workaround: Try again until the connection request is successful.
- The Site Neighbors table does not auto-refresh.
Workaround: Click the Refresh button to update the table. - The Engage user interface (UI) and the audio-video (AV) UI allow an AVB profile configuration on stacked M4350 switches.
Workaround: Do not configure an AVB profile on stacked M4350 switches because this configuration is not supported. - The management VLAN ID is inconsistent for onboarded devices if a pre-existing management VID does not match with the current site settings.
Workaround: Ensure the management VLAN ID is the same across the entire site before you upgrade the firmware.
Minimum Engage Agent Version Requirements:
- This release requires upgrading the M4250, M4300, M4350, and M4500 switches to a firmware version with Engage agent 2.2.9.21 or later version to ensure that the features supported in Engage version 2.0.3.13 function properly.
- This release requires upgrading the Pro Router PR460X to a firmware version 2.6.0.80 or later version to ensure that the features supported in Engage version 2.0.3.13 function properly.
- This release requires upgrading the WBE718 and WBE758 access points to a firmware version 11.7.0.12 or later version to ensure that the features supported in Engage version 2.0.3.13 function properly.
