- Reset the password after you upgrade the firmware or import the configuration file from v1.0.0.38 or an earlier version to v1.0.0.43 or a newer version.
- Reset the password every time you switch the firmware and start the device between v1.0.0.38 or an earlier version to v1.0.0.43 or a newer version.

Firmware Update Instructions:
The released zip file contains the switch firmware and MIB files. Unzip the file to extract the switch image for firmware updating.
