To configure WireGuard VPN through the PR60X and PR460X router:
- Launch a web browser from a computer or mobile device that is connected to the router network.
- In the address field of your browser, enter https://www.routerlogin.net.
The login page displays.
- Type the password to log into the router.
- On the router dashboard, select VPN.
- Select WireGuard
- Select the toggle button to enable the connection
- Add the server address, in most cases this will be the WAN IP address of the router.
- Click Generate Public & Private Keys to generate the keys for the encryption.
- Next, under IP Address add the IP address range and Netmask for the connected clients.
- Click Apply to save.
- Next, click the WireGuard Clients tab and click the + button to add a new client.
- In the Add/Edit WireGuard Client field, add a name for the configuration.
- Add an IP address that is in the range of the IP address range that was created under the Basic Settings tab.
- Click Generate under the Public Key and Pre-Shared Key to generate the keys.
- Click Apply to save.
- Once configured when highlighting the action field for the configured client you can export the configuration as a conf file or qr code.
