The tech support file is a text-based file that contains a variety of hardware, software, and configuration information that can assist in device and network troubleshooting.
To get the tech support file from your switch, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the admin page of the switch.
- Go to Maintenance - Export - HTTP File Export.
- In the File Type menu, choose Tech Support.
- Click Apply.
- When prompted, save the file to a location of your choosing.
