Enhancements:
- IGMP snooping is now disabled by default.
- Support for a new PoE option of "Longer Detection Time" for some powered devices (PDs) that require longer detection time such as Hikvision camera model DS-2CD2146G2-ISUI or model DS-2CD2046G2-IU.
Bug Fixes:
- Fixes the issue where you cannot upload a PEM certificate file for HTTPS access if the file is in DOS format.
