Some wireless devices (such as Dell and Lenovo laptops using Intel's AX210 and AX201 wireless adapters) do not support the full range of radio channels and channel widths that your wireless access point (AP) can use. These wireless devices might not detect your SSID if all of the following conditions are met:
- Your access point broadcasts the SSID on the 5 GHz band using radio channel 165.
- The channel width is 40 MHz.
We recommend using a lower radio channel (such as channel 161) when connecting with these devices.
