All NETGEAR mobile hotspots, have a unique International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) number. You can think of it as your mobile hotspot's fingerprint. This number is often used by mobile carriers to check if your device is compatible with their networks.
To find your IMEI number, remove the back panel and battery of your mobile hotspot. Your mobile hotspot's IMEI number is printed on the product label under the battery.
Below are some examples of where to locate your IMEI number marked with a red arrow:
