If you have an Insight Premium account, you can purchase Insight Business VPN credit through the Insight Cloud Portal.
If you have an Insight Pro account, you must purchase Insight Business VPN credit through a NETGEAR distributor or reseller. When you purchase Insight Business VPN credit through a NETGEAR distributor or reseller, you receive an Insight Business VPN key. You must log in to your Insight Pro account and enter the business VPN key to VPN Services to add the Business VPN credit. For more information, see How do I purchase Business VPN credit?.
To allocate Insight Business VPN credit with an Insight Premium account:
- Log in to your Insight Premium account.
- Click your remote routers' location.
- Click Router > Business VPN.
- Select the business VPN group.
The Configure Business VPN page displays.
- Click Next.
The Add Routers page displays.
- Select a remote router to allocate business VPN credit to.
The Remote-Router window displays.
- Click VPN Credits.
- Select VPN credit to allocate to the remote router.
- Click Save.
The Insight Business VPN credit is allocated.
To allocate Insight Business VPN credit with an Insight Pro account:
- Purchase business VPN credit from a NETGEAR Insight distributor or reseller.
A business VPN key is sent to your email address.
- Access your email address and locate your business VPN key.
- Make a note of the business VPN key.
- Log in to your Insight Pro account.
- Select Account Management > VPN Services > Add Business VPN Key.
An Add Business VPN Key window displays.
- In the Key field, enter your business VPN key.
- Select Add.
- To allocate your business VPN credit, click the menu tab.
- In the menu tab, select Account Management > Credit Allocation > Allocate.
- Click the + icon in the Business VPN Credits section.
- Click the + icon to add the amount of business VPN credit to allocate.
- Click the Allocate button.
The Insight Business VPN credit is allocated.
